New Year, New Newsletter

As we ring in the new year, we are excited to announce an expanded newsletter to better serve our providers and patients.

As you know, on July 1, 2022, St. Peter’s Health Partners (SPHP) in Albany and St. Joseph’s Health in Syracuse announced the restructuring and integration of the two regional systems. This also brought changes in the population health structure across both health systems and our associated clinically integrated networks – IHANY (SPHP) and CNYAIM (SJH).

Beginning Feb. 1, 2023, this newsletter will be inclusive of information serving both IHANY and CNY AIM. It will arrive in your inbox the same way, usually the first of every month.
